• • • Advising on changes to regulatory and IP strategy
    • Overseeing the company’s marketing strategy to ensure that it formulates, authors, and publicizes only scientifically accurate information.
    • Maintaining expert knowledge of the company and its competitors’ research findings and product development
    • Managing a database of relevant papers, contacts, and talking points for compliance and research
    • Facilitating key relationships with research institutions, investors, journalists, patients, and clinicians
    • Responsible for ongoing IT management of public and internal company websites and databases
    • Directing branding and marketing for new products (naming, strategic positioning, compliance)
    • Managed a multinational team of designers and developers to create a new website and brand for the company. This has included writing all copy for the website, developing digital assets, producing preliminary designs, managing IT, and programming while working with company leadership to have their teams’ needs represented. 
    • Conducted Customer Discovery (Voice of Customer) research for an epilepsy detection and treatment device and prepared materials for FDA submission.

• Providing consulting services advising on neurotechnology trends, developments, and market dynamics. Offering educational talks, seminars, webinars, and lectures in neurotechnology and related fields (notable clients: Amazon.com Inc., HP Inc., OpenBCI Inc.)
• Partnered with NeuralVillage to develop healthcare and educational infrastructure for neuroscience and genetics.

The BCI Guys, LLC – Produces educational media for neurotechnology education

• Responsible for the company’s business administration, creative strategy, and legal compliance
• Managing the company’s social media platforms and media production
• Facilitating and sharing conversations with neurotech leaders as the host of the BrainStream Podcast
• Creating educational and engaging video content as the host of The BCI Guys YouTube channel
• Developed company brand, website, and merchandise
• Produced the Foundations of Neurotechnology course, creating 23 videos and 200+ pages of content
