Patheon Investing is a partner real estate company that uses its own custom algorithms to build portfolios and make projections. The company was founded in January 2020 by Colin Fausnaught, Adam Del Rosso, and Harrison Canning. The team won the RIT Business Model Competition for the idea inMarch 2020. In April 2020, Harrison decided to leave the company to focus on neurotechnology ventures and learnings.
